The SCS (formerly 3M) RM2436L2RBL-L is Ultra-R2 kit of two layer rubber matting.

 

Excellent resistance to solvents, hot solder, and soldering irons makes the Ultra-R2 mat the ultimate static safe work surface. Excellent electrical performance is assured by using a two-layer combination of static dissipative and conductive rubber materials. Ultra-R2 mats combine the low contact resistance and convenience of soft mats , with the conductivity and durability of hard laminates. Meets the requirements of ESD Standard 4.1, ESD Standard 20.20, EIA 625, MIL-HDBK-263, and MIL-STD-1686. Compatible with Constant Monitors. Kit includes mat, two snaps installed, and a 15 foot ground cord.
